The Fiscal Management Workshops are designed to inform student org representatives about fiscal procedures at Mason, which includes a mini-tutorial on how to complete the required forms. Each organization's President and Treasurer are required to attend this workshop once per academic year in order to have access to your funds (SFB, SPF, or SGR).
Each org will have the opportunity to have one representative receive access to the Banner system (so you can check your balance online).
Attendance at all Fiscal Management Workshops is by RSVP ONLY to: rholder@gmu.edu. RSVP's must include the following four parts:
- Name of Individual Attending
- Title of Individual Attending (i.e. President, Treasurer, etc)
- Name of Organization (no acronyms)
- Date and Time of desired workshop
All RSVPs must be received by 4:30pm on the day before the workshop. If no reservations are received by 4:30p, the workshop will be cancelled for that day. Seating is limited to 20 people per session so please RSVP early, if you do not RSVP in advance you will not be admitted into the workshop. The workshop schedule is as follows:

January 31st 2:00-3:30pm
February 1st 10:30-12:00pm
February 5th 5:30-7:00pm
February 6th 1:30-3:00pm
February 7th 4:00-5:30pm
March 6th 2:30-4:00pm
March 7th 10:30-12:00pm
April 3rd 2:30-4:00pm
April 4th 10:30-12:00pm
May 1st 2:30-4:00pm
May 2nd 10:30-12:00pm
