Student Organizations
Student Organization area is responsible for overseeing about 200 student clubs and organizations that are separated into seven umbrellas that makes up the Council of Student Umbrellas (COSU). This area is responsible for providing organizations with leadership opportunities through president's council, various workshops, and round tables. The area of student organizations also work closely with the faculty advisors in order to provide them with the support necessary to facilitate a positive learning experience for the students. Student organizations are able to apply for funding through two processes; the first is the Student Funding Board (SFB) and Social Programming Fund (SPF). These funds allow students to hold events and programs sponsored by their organizations.
