InformationNewsletter (Mailing List)To send mail to the list, simply send a well thought out and thoroughly edited message to PROGRAM-BOARD-EVENTS-L@listserv.gmu.edu. Be absolutely sure that the email is without mistakes and does not contain any information that you do not want several thousand people to know (because the email may be re-sent to many other lists). To manage listserv settings (including subscription details and other cool stuff), go to listserv.gmu.edu. For your anti-spam settings (including blocking specific email addresses), visit antispam.gmu.edu. Discussion ForumThe discussion forum is open to everyone, anywhere. The executives have a special forum that is only visible to us. In order to see this area, you must be added to the Member Group called "Program Board Executives" by someone. Google CalendarThere exists a Google Calendar that should contain all of our events. To be able to change and add events to the calendar, you must have a Google Account. Once you have a Google Account, you can subscribe to the calendar, and then someone who can manage the sharing settings can give you permission to change events. Facebook FliersFacebook Fliers are an EXCELENT way to advertise events. If you wish to advertise using Facebook Fliers, please let me know so that I can track the hits appropriately.
