Fraternity and Sorority Life :: Councils
Interfraternity Council (IFC) governs ten fraternities. The organizations focus on scholarship, philanthropy, and social activities. The Interfraternity Council is comprised of the following fraternities:

- National Panhellenic Council

Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) is the coordinating council of all Multicultural fraternities and sororities. These organizations foster a commitment to community service and academic excellence. The MGC is comprised of the following fraternities and sororities:
- Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc.
- Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc.
- Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc.
- Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc.
National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is the governing and coordinating body of historically African American fraternities and sororities. The organizations focus on community service and scholarship. The National Pan-Hellenic Council is comprised of the following fraternities and sororities:
- Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
- Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
- Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
- Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
- Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
- Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
- Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
